We are a busy clinic looking for a bilingual (Korean & English) Office Administrator to manage front desk operations and support day-to-day administrative tasks. This role focuses on reception, scheduling, insurance claims, and basic bookkeeping.
Duties
- Manage front desk: greet patients, answer phone calls, and handle emails (Korean & English)
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Handle medical insurance verifications and billing
- Perform basic bookkeeping: payments, invoicing, expense tracking (QuickBooks experience a plus)
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
Requirements:
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Experience in clinic or office administration preferred
- Bookkeeping or insurance billing experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and email systems
