Sterling Ford Sales has an opening for a Bilingual Part-Time Receptionist to cover some Saturday shifts and occasional weeknight closing shifts.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering multi-line switchboard.
- Greeting and directing clientele.
- Providing administrative support such as filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.
- Maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Inventory management and vehicle licensing, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Being the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist must be positive, energetic, and professional with strong communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Bilingual (English/French)
