Administrative Assistant
This posting is for a full-time permanent position, working 75 hours bi-weekly.

We are seeking a personable and dedicated team member, who is committed to exceptional client service through clear communication, self-motivated, and has a strong attention to detail.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will form an integral part of Yukon Parks Team while providing support with administrative and financial processes to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently. The incumbent performs general office duties, assists with special projects as needed, responds to public inquiries, supports financial functions and is first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Essential Qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the following qualifications. Please note that selection for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
- Certificate in office or business administration, or similar program, or relevant experience.
- Experience providing administrative support, preferably to a team of professionals.
- Experience providing financial support (ie. Monitoring and reporting on financial commitments, transactions, budgets and other information);
- Experience analyzing data and producing financial reports.
Candidates who have post-secondary coursework in office or business administration, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
