Position Overview:
This position is a unique role, involving many administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming mail, open, stamp and distribute
- Prepare outgoing mail and courier packages
- Providing administrative support to Accounting and Purchasing Departments
- Provide reception relief
- Match invoices to VPO's
- Filing, both paper and electronic file
Qualifications:
- 3+ years minimum of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Good communication and people skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidences and a track record of commitment to confidentiality
- High data entry accuracy and attention to detail is critical
- Some construction or real estate experience would be an asset
- Demonstrated proficiency in written/oral communication (writing, planning, editing, formatting) in the English language

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
