As we grow, we’re looking for someone enthusiastic, organized, and creative to join our team as an Administration & Social Media Handler.
Position Summary:
This dual-role position supports the office’s day-to-day administrative tasks while managing and growing our social media presence. You’ll be the first point of contact in the office and the digital voice of our brand online.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors professionally.
- Manage office supplies, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate internal meetings and support company executives.
- Maintain organized digital and paper records.
- Assist with documentation and reports.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online community.
- Coordinate with the team for visual content (photos/videos).
- Track performance analytics and suggest improvements.
- Support campaigns and announcements aligned with our mission and events.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in admin or office coordination.
- Social media management experience (personal or professional).
- Basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) are a plus.
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
- Passion for sustainability and women-led businesses is a bonus!

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
