Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Acupuncturist and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our holistic health team. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Perform acupuncture treatments with precision, focusing on acute pain management and overall wellness.
- Utilize trigger point therapy techniques to alleviate muscle tension and discomfort.
- Provide comprehensive physical examinations and document findings accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to enhance patient care.
- Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a safe treatment environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on self-care practices and lifestyle modifications for improved health.
Experience
- CPR Certification is required; BLS Certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in acute pain management and trigger point therapy is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of patient service principles and commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology knowledge is essential.
- Previous experience in performing physical examinations and patient assessments will be an advantage.
