Objectif du poste

En tant qu’Acheteur Maintenance, il sera responsable de l’achat des pièces de rechange et de remplacement pour la maintenance et de la bonne tenue du magasin de maintenance. Membre de l’équipe maintenance, il veillera à assurer l’efficacité du département et la satisfaction des clients internes en gérant de manière adéquate le système d’achat et d’inventaire des pièces de rechange.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES :

• Superviser l’ensemble du processus d’achat pour les outils, pièces de rechange et pièces de remplacement.
• Maintenir et organiser le magasin de maintenance avec les pièces nécessaires pour soutenir les activités de maintenance et d’exploitation.
• Acheter, au meilleur prix et délai de livraison, les pièces de rechange et de remplacement.
• Gérer et mettre à jour l’inventaire du magasin de maintenance dans le système GMAO (CMMS).
• Soutenir les projets de maintenance et d’ingénierie dans l’achat d’équipements et la recherche des meilleurs fournisseurs.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires de département pour respecter les budgets mensuels.
• Préparer les bons de commande.
• Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée par la Direction.

Interfaces externes :

• Fournisseurs et prestataires de services divers.

Interfaces internes :

• Service à la clientèle, production stérile et non stérile, emballage, validation,
  enquêtes, assurance qualité, etc.

FORMATION & EXPÉRIENCE

Formation :

• DEC en maintenance (électrique ou mécanique) ou expérience équivalente.

Expérience requise :

• 5 ans d’expérience en maintenance.

Expérience souhaitée :

• Expérience dans la fabrication pharmaceutique.
• Expérience en achat dans un service de maintenance.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES :

• Connaissance de SAP (atout).
• Bonne maîtrise de l’informatique et des logiciels.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et interpersonnelles dans un environnement syndiqué.

Position Objective

As the Maintenance Buyer, he will oversee the purchase of maintenance spare and change parts and keep the maintenance store in good order. As part of the maintenance team, he will ensure proper departmental efficiency and internal customer satisfaction by adequately managing the maintenance spare part purchasing and inventory system.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Oversee the complete purchasing process for tools, spare and change parts.
• Maintain and organize the maintenance store with spare and change parts required to support maintenance and operational activities.
• Purchase, at best price and delivery time, spare and change parts.
• Maintain and implement the maintenance store inventory in the CMMS system.
• Support maintenance and engineering projects in the purchasing of equipment and sourcing of the best possible supplier.
• Work closely with department managers to help to meet monthly budgets.
• Preparation of purchase orders
• Performs any other tasks assigned by Management.

External Interfaces

• External relationship of different service provider and suppliers

Internal Interfaces

• Customer service, Sterile and Non-sterile manufacturing, packaging, validation,

investigations, quality etc.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education Qualification (Highest)

• DEC in maintenance (electric or mechanic) or equivalent experience

Experience Required:

• 5 years’ experience in maintenance

Additional Preferred experience :

• Pharma experience in manufacturing
• Purchasing experience in a maintenance department

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• SAP competency is an asset
• Computer and software skills working knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a union environment
