- - Work with accounting software and provide support to clients
- - Full cycle book-keeping for small to medium size businesses
- - Complete bank and other accounts reconciliations
- - Personal tax returns preparation
- - Office and administration duties
Credentials
- Post Secondary Education in Accounting
- 2-3 years work experience in accounting, book-keeping, taxation
- Experience working with accounting software such as Account Edge, Sage50, Quick Books
- Experience working with a tax software
- Strong team work ethic
- Strong Computer Literacy skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and within a team environment
- Attention to details and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Canadian Citizen or resident with valid work permit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
