We’re looking for an organized and outgoing Account Executive to join our team at Stay Golden Custom’s head office location based in Hunter River, PEI. This role combines developing new business opportunities with managing inbound orders. You’ll be the go-to person for customers, helping them bring custom merch projects to life while also expanding our reach in the community.
The ideal candidate is a “people person” who enjoys building relationships, is detail-oriented, open to change and thrives in a fast-paced, growing company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Visit prospective clients to build strong relationships
- Process and manage inbound customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotes, and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, in CRM
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, service and business development activities
- Serve as a link between clients and our production/artwork teams to ensure needs, deadlines, and details are met
- Represent the company to customers and local events

Job Details
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Based at our Hunter River head office
- 1-2 days per week on the road visiting local accounts
- Blended compensation model with base rate and commission
Experience:
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- Experience with graphic design, clothing, or fashion is considered an asset
