Job Overview
Are you organized, proactive, and versatile? Join our Workforce Management team in Ontario, where you will play a key role in optimizing schedules, managing vacations, coordinating training sessions, and mentoring new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare technicians’ schedules in accordance with current collective agreements and individual preferences.
- Plan vacations, seasonal leaves, and unpaid leaves.
- Make necessary schedule adjustments based on operational needs at DD-1.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal coverage.
- Organize onboarding programs for new employees (profile creation, mentor assignment).
- Manage communications with managers and trainers related to training.
- Actively participate in continuous process improvement by bringing forward concrete ideas.
- Other related tasks.
Assets
- Relevant experience in customer service, coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with unionized environments or workforce planning.
Essential Qualifications
- Comfortable with computer tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Strong priority management, sense of urgency, and autonomy.
- Strong organizational skills and professionalism.
