We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pizza enthusiast with wood oven experience to join our team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food and service. Duties:
-Managing wood oven for pizzas
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
- Develop and maintain standard recipes and portion sizes
- Collaborate with the management team to create menus and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role and at least 2 years experience in pizza and dough making
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
