Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos.
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions.
- Maintain an organized and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism, utilizing strong phone etiquette when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales processes effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
- Experience in sales or retail is preferred, with a focus on technical sales being a plus.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash accurately.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about products and services offered in-store.
