We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our Winnipeg Field Services Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve clean indoor air. You will be hands on with HVAC systems every day, maintaining filters and ensuring clean airflow for our customers.
The day-to-day activities of our Service Technician include:
Service Delivery – Travel to a variety of customer sites across Winnipeg to inspect and change air filters in HVAC units and perform the associated repairs and housekeeping duties.
Commitment to Safety – Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a safe work environment for all team members, conducting hazard assessments, and documenting any incidents or near misses.
Teamwork and Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with the Service team to continually build knowledge about air quality performance and provide ways to troubleshoot and improve processes. Seek opportunities for additional service work.
The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume:
- 1+ year(s) of experience in an technician related role or in a role using mechanical knowledge and skills
- Experience handling HVAC filters is an asset
- Leadership experience or interest is a plus
