Responsibilities:
- Manage the store sales team to ensure customers are serviced within a desired time frame.
- Perform sales and inventory management
- Recruitment, training and development of employees, which includes product knowledge
- Lead and encourage employees to ensure a high level of focus.
- Assist customers and resolve customer service issues as needed.
- Promote the store on social media to grow the business.
- Retail experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a customer-focused environment
- Flexible in availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift
