We are seeking a dependable and motivated Weekend Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role involving housekeeping, in-person guest support, and on-call responsibilities. You will help oversee the day-to-day weekend operations and provide coverage while the main managers are away. Starting wage is $16.00/hour for all in-person hours with potential to increase as duties and responsibilities expand. On-call compensation to be discussed in the interview.
Responsibilities:
Regular Shifts (Guaranteed):
- Tuesdays: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Housekeeping support and light admin)
- Saturdays & Sundays: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Front desk + guest support)
On-Call Duties (After Training):
- Be available for phone and in-person support and urgent guest needs throughout the weekend (Saturday 9:00 AM – Sunday 4:00 PM)
- Provide guidance to staff on shift if issues arise
Manager Coverage (as needed):
- Take on temporary management responsibilities while main managers are away
- Handle guest concerns and operational oversight
- Communicate with ownership and other team members if needed
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or management experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable and responsive when on call
- Comfortable working independently and making judgment calls
- Must be available for in-person weekend shifts and flexible during periods of manager leave
