Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Support the kitchen staff by providing clean cookware and utensils promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling, and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Experience in food preparation or cooking is advantageous for understanding the workflow of the kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.80 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
