The Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerical Associate to join our morning team.
In this role, you will be the administrative backbone of our warehouse, ensuring that all documentation, records, and data are managed accurately and efficiently.
Your work will directly support the smooth flow of goods and contribute to the overall success of our daily operations.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Process and manage all shipping and receiving documents with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update inventory records, logs, and reports for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform essential clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and organizing warehouse documentation.
- Communicate effectively with Liaison team, warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments to coordinate freight.
- Ensure all processes comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team as needed.
- Process and sort freight according to routes
Who You Are (Qualifications):
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A reliable team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- You must be able to reliably start work at 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday.
- Previous clerical, administrative, or warehouse experience is a strong asset.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's Licence is preferred but not required.
- You must be in good physical condition and able to consistently lift and move boxes up to 75 lbs/32kgs without assistance and long periods of standing.
