Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong work ethic that helps keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; track and maintain inventory levels.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including labeling, documentation, and quality checks.
- Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe; manage the storage of products to maximize space and efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily goals and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols; report any hazards or safety concerns to management.
- Assembly Experience: Basic Furniture assembly experience is considered an asset.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Performing other tasks and responsibilities as required by management to support the overall operations of the company.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Furniture Assembling experience preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training can be provided).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
