Position Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the behind-the-scenes success of our venue operations by ensuring the accurate flow of inventory from dock to outlet. You’ll receive, store, and distribute product across the stadium, maintaining high standards in organization, safety, and product quality. Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify all incoming products, ensuring accuracy against invoices.
Store and rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.
Assemble and deliver orders to various outlets based on requisitions.
Perform spot-checks for product quality, temperature, and weight—especially for refrigerated and frozen goods.
Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, flatbeds, and hand carts.
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory to management.
Assist in scheduled inventory counts and cycle checks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, fridges, and freezers.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Support other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse, distribution, or high-volume inventory environment preferred.
Forklift and/or electric pallet jack certification is an asset.
Comfortable working in refrigerated/freezer environments.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with basic inventory practices and safe handling procedures.
Shifts & Scheduling
Warehouse Porter shifts are scheduled based on event and operational needs. Shifts are typically 6 to 8 hours in length and may be scheduled during the following periods:
Morning (Approx. 7:00 am - 3:00 pm)
Mid-day (Approx. 11:00 am - 7:00 pm)
Evening (Approx. 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm)
Overnight (Approx. 10:00 pm - 6:00 am)
Candidates must be available to work flexible hours, including on weekends and holidays, as part of a dynamic, event-driven environment.
