Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and professional Wait Staff to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide exceptional table service, guide guests through our menu, and help create a memorable dining experience that reflects the essence of African hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests warmly
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs quickly
- Process bills and payments using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Support team during events and peak periods
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- Knowledge or interest in African cuisine is an asset
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
