The VP/SVP is responsible for profit and loss owner of a specific region, being responsible for ensuring health & safety, upholding and role-modeling corporate values, promoting revenue and margin growth, driving operational efficiency and developing talent.

- Promote revenue and margin growth; setting and leading strategic direction of the region and implementing new strategic initiatives (e.g. use of Salesforce.com CRM for pipeline management); leading regional growth across IS, TS and FS sales and operations; supporting sales efforts of selected Corporate and Enterprise accounts in the Region (e.g. attend select sales meetings for corporate accounts).
- Drive operational efficiency; driving rigorous operational excellence in the Region in coordination with SVP of Operations (IS/TS/FS); leading cost management across IS, TS and FS sales and operations; develop and follow service performance and margin dashboard.
- Develop talent; identifying, recruiting and retaining talent across regional organization (with HR); Manage performance of both District VPs and VP Sales Region (e.g. with weekly performance management check ins); coach District VPs on General Management (note: VP Sales Region will be coached by the SVPs of Sales).
- Uphold and role-model corporate values; meet quarterly with President CHES Sales and Service and SVP National Product Line to discuss region performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Previous management experience required.
- Ability to create direction for the regional organization; strong business acumen with emphasis in P&L and working capital; ability to leverage sophisticated numerical analyses to drive decision making.
- Industry and company knowledge, selling and negotiation, relationship building.
- Communication, leadership and team building, operational improvements and delivery.
- Ability to travel 25-50%.
