Position Overview
We’re on the hunt for a talented and driven Videographer to join our growing creative team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop short-form video content (primarily Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Reels) for our diverse client base. You’ll also play a key role in planning shoots, supporting our award-winning video producer, and capturing dynamic visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) for client campaigns, using trends and your own creative spin.
- Develop content outlines and storyboards to plan and pitch shoot ideas to the team and clients.
- Assist on video shoots—manage lighting, audio, and second camera when required.
- Edit video footage, both your own and that provided by our in-house video producer.
- Collaborate with clients directly during shoots, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.
- (Bonus) Take high-quality behind-the-scenes and marketing photos on-site when needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media video, or video production.
- Strong editing skills using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Comfortable directing or working alongside clients on location.
- Solid understanding of social media trends and what performs well on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, audio equipment, and lighting gear.
- Bonus points for photography skills and editing stills in Lightroom or Photoshop.
