We're looking for a Veterinary Customer Support Specialist to join us on our journey to empower pet parents with your professional advice, knowledge, and compassion.
As a vital part of our global community of pet lovers—spanning the US, Canada, the UK, Italy, Germany, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and beyond—you'll provide guidance on our NHV herbal supplements, assist with order processing, and share valuable pet care tips.
We connect with clients through phone, email, live chat, social media, and in person—meeting them where they feel most comfortable. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with our marketing team by contributing to blogs and videos that educate and inspire.
SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
- Previous experience in animal health and wellness
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic
- A love for animals and a high degree of empathy
- Computer proficiency (we are an e-commerce company, so everything we do is on-line)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve complex issues as needed
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
NICE TO HAVE
- Understanding of herbs or natural medicine
- Social Media experience
- Any previous experience making edits to a CMS system (WordPress, Shopify, Big Commerce)
- Previous writing experience
