Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Remote Vending Machine Support Specialist to assist our customers with setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for their vending machines. This role does not involve restocking machines or traveling to machine locations. Instead, you'll support clients remotely via video calls, email, and phone, with occasional visits to our garage location in North York, Ontario for training or equipment checks. Preferably someone who has car and can travel to our storage.
Our customers mainly are in the U.S
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support to customers for vending machine setup, troubleshooting, and operation.
- Guide clients via video call, phone, or email to resolve technical issues and ensure proper machine use.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction.
- Document support interactions, common issues, and resolutions for future reference.
- Occasionally visit our garage location to learn the machine and train on clients.
- Assist with updating manuals, how-to videos, and FAQ materials for customers.
- Coordinate with our technical or maintenance team when on-site support is required.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Comfortable using video conferencing tools and remote desktop/support software.
- Basic mechanical or technical understanding of vending machines (training provided).
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple support requests independently.
- Customer service experience is a strong asset.
- Must be able to commute to our garage location occasionally (usually no more than once a week).

What we preferably looking for: Someone who can speak fluent and read Mandarin, who can speak fluent English to support US customers.

Contract length: 60 months
Pay: $16.55-$24.36 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
