We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vaping and a strong ability to assist customers with product selection, provide excellent service, and contribute to a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide expert advice on vape products, including e-liquids, devices, coils, and accessories.
- Educate customers on vaping safety, product usage, and maintenance.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Stay up to date on the latest vaping trends, regulations, and new products.
- Verify customer age and ensure compliance with local and federal vaping regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and receiving shipments.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of vaping products and accessories (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash/card transactions.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and reliable.
