We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions accurately.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices.
- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options.
- Maintain the sales floor by organizing merchandise, restocking items, and ensuring displays are appealing.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in retail sales with a focus on technology sales is preferred.
- Proficient in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills to keep the sales area tidy and well-stocked.
