Vacation Coordinator
Position: Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
Schedule: Rotating shifts;
Monday to Friday: 7:30 am - 4:00 am (Morning shift)
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Day shift)
Monday to Friday: 11:30 am - 8:00 pm (Afternoon shift)
Saturday to Sunday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Weekends)
Typically, staff will work an average of one morning OR afternoon shift per month, AND two weekends per month.
We are open on Canadian holidays, except Labour Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Holiday shifts are rotated among staff.

Training: In office, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, for the first 5 weeks
Starting Wage: $25 Per Hour

Who We Are
David’s Vacation Club Rentals is a family-owned business in London, Ontario. Founded 19 years ago, we've grown from a one-person operation to a team of around 60 employees. Our employees start as Vacation Coordinators and can advance to roles such as Senior Vacation Coordinators, Lead Vacation Coordinators, Social Media Specialists, Cruise Specialists, Team Leaders, Recruitment Facilitators, and more. We prioritize internal promotions!
What We Do
We connect Disney timeshare Owners who aren’t using their Vacation points with guests seeking affordable stays at Disney Deluxe Resorts. We help Owners earn money back on unused points and assist guests in saving on their accommodations.

A Typical Day
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and DVC Owners, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Explain our processes and policies clearly and cheerfully.
- Perform data entry and maintain detailed notes using our internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate customer interactions, whether renting points or booking accommodations.

We currently have a hybrid work model, so candidates should be local to London, Ontario. Successful applicants will receive all necessary equipment for remote work. Employees will rotate into our physical office approximately 3 times a year for 6 weeks at a time.
