Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our team in various administrative and sales-related tasks. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads and opportunities.
- Provide support for outside sales efforts, including preparing materials and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for high-end sales initiatives.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in math for accurate pricing and financial calculations.
- Experience in retail sales or dealership environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales support processes and tools to enhance productivity.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated

There are a host of administrative tasks that require accuracy, diligence and urgency as we are a high volume, fast moving dealership. This position requires the ability to wok both independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
