We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and assisting with moving tasks while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to perform heavy lifting, ensuring that all items are handled with care during the moving process.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various locations.
- Assist in loading and unloading items, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, including furniture, appliances, and other large items.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate moving tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse and during transport.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process, addressing any concerns or questions from clients.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) preferred but not required.
- Experience in moving or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial.
