Overview
We are seeking a self motivated, dedicated and skilled line trimmer/ hedge trimmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have vast experience in hedge work, a passion for landscape maintenance and a keen eye for detail. You will be expected to take pride in your work and be eager to showcase your advanced skills at high profile properties. The right candidate will be open to constructive criticism, and be willing to mold their skills around our expectations.
As a top quality hedge trimmer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties, ensuring that all vegetation is properly trimmed and cared for. This position requires both physical stamina and technical skills to operate various pieces of equipment (including ladders) safely and effectively.

Duties
- Perform trimming and pruning of trees, shrubs, and other plants to enhance their appearance and health.
- Operate Hedge trimmers and line trimmers with ease.
- Utilize ladders for high trimming tasks safely and efficiently.
- Be confident enough in your skillset to take on difficult and high profile hedges and make them picture worthy.
- Show up everyday.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and free of debris after completing tasks.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience in garden or landscape maintenance.
- Proven ability to utilize ladders safely.
- Strong attention to detail .
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
- Ability to reduce, and shape any hedge regardless of size or growth.
