Are you a seasoned dental office administrator with a passion for leadership and a drive for excellence? Our growing, patient-focused dental clinic is seeking an Treatment Coordinator and Admin Team Lead to support daily operations, lead our front-office team, and help drive our clinic's continued success.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of dental office administration experience
- A natural leader who inspires and supports team members
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy and familiarity with dental software

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and front-desk efficiency
- Provide leadership, training, and support to admin and clinical staff
- Ensure outstanding patient experience from the first call to checkout
- Collaborate with management to implement office protocols and performance goals
- Assist in staff scheduling, billing coordination, and problem-solving
