- Present treatment plans and financial options in a clear, compassionate way.
- Guide families through every step of their orthodontic journey—from first visit to first smile.
- Collaborate across clinical and admin teams for seamless patient care.
- Promote a warm, inclusive clinic environment and celebrate patient wins!
- A positive, patient-first attitude and outstanding communication skills.
- 1+ year in a dental front office or treatment coordinator role is an asset.
- Level II Dental Assistant certification or clinical background? Even better!
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, dental software).
- A natural team player, passionate about learning and helping others thrive.
