Job Summary

Transports Patients to and from all departments in the hospital. Transports specimens, blood, pharmaceuticals, supplies, equipment and materials. Transports deceased patients to the morgue. Completes necessary documentation associated with assigned duties. Please note that you must be available to work; days, nights, evenings, and weekends. Completes transport activities in a safe and timely manner.

Line: F shift Monday to Friday 730-1530

The role requires the ability to lift up to 18 lbs, push or pull up to 25 lbs, and the ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Grade 12 education
  • Successful completion of required training program within designated time limits
