Apprenticeship & Trade Certification is looking for a self-starting, vibrant individual to join our team in the Post Secondary and Future Skills Branch works. Reporting to the Director of Post Secondary and Future Skills Branch works, you will provide coordination and administrative support functions for apprenticeship and trades qualification programs by receiving applications, providing information, preparing apprenticeship agreements, maintaining registries for various agreements and certificate numbers, coordinating in-school training and preparing related documentation, maintaining the security and inventory of examination results, maintaining computerized and manual information systems, and other related duties.

Essential Qualifications
- Recent experience providing administrative support
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders would be an asset
- Experience preparing financial reports and analysis
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

Conditions of Employment:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Job Requirements:
- This position works onsite in an office environment
- Travel in and out of territory is an occasional requirement of the position.
