CleanWithCloovi is a woman-led, fast-growing cleaning company currently expanding from Montreal into Toronto—and we’re looking for a hands-on, growth-minded Operations & Cleaning Manager to lead that charge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleanings
- Supervise cleaning team performance, offer coaching and feedback
- Use mobile platforms (ConnectTeam) to complete checklists and job reports
- Ensure proper inventory and supply tracking across job sites
- Distribute flyers and conduct in-person outreach when needed
- Support day-to-day operations including scheduling and client follow-ups
- Contribute feedback and local insights to help grow our Toronto presence
- Represent the CleanWithCloovi brand with professionalism and heart

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
- Previous leadership or team management experience is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Comfortable with mobile apps, checklists, and digital communication
- Strong communication, organization, and reliability
- Available to work some evenings or weekends if needed
- A genuine interest in helping grow something meaningful — not just chasing hours
Compensation:
$19.50–$24.00/hour depending on experience
- Profit-sharing opportunities available after probation period
