Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and hands-on experience with various installation tasks, including flooring and tile laying. As an Installer, you will be responsible for transforming spaces by applying your expertise in carpentry and maintenance person skills to deliver high-quality installations that meet our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities
- Install flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet, ensuring precision and quality.
- Lay tiles according to design specifications and blueprints, maintaining attention to detail for aesthetics and functionality.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installation tasks safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Perform carpentry work as needed, including framing, trimming, and finishing touches on installations.
- Apply caulking and sealing materials to ensure durability and water resistance of installed products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of waste materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or a related field with a focus on installation work.
- Strong skills in flooring installation, tile laying, carpentry, and maintenance person tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
