DWP Solutions, a subsidiary of Talent Transformation Group, is looking for a test administrator to proctor and support psychological evaluation tests for candidates applying to various roles in the Federal Government (the client). This role will be a casual part-time position based on the testing needs of our client, but could transition into a full-time role as business needs evolve.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a responsible individual to administer tests to small or medium-sized groups at various locations throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Oakville will be the primary testing location, with regular trips being required to Burlington, Ontario.
- This role involves preparing testing materials, giving detailed instructions to candidates, and monitoring the testing process.
- We are seeking reliable and organized individuals who are available to take on this work.
- The number of shifts will depend on the volume of candidates and the hiring needs of our clients.
Qualifications
- Must be fully fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is considered an asset.
- Experience in administering and supervising group exams is considered a major asset.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Must be available for weekday shifts (Monday to Friday).
- Must be eligible for a Reliability Security Clearance from Public Services and Procurement Canada.
- Must be comfortable using Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Experience in administering and supervising group exams is considered a major asset.
- A Bachelor's degree or graduate studies in psychology is an asset.
