RAPS is Seeking a Temporary Health Care Aide to assist an individual with Multiple Sclerosis (A5)
Location: SE Calgary (Queensland Area)
Days/Hours: Temporary position July 1st – August 30th, every Monday morning and every 2nd Thursday morning starting at 8:45/9am for 4-4.5 hours and 2 evenings per week from 6pm – 9pm
*From July 14th -20th, every evening is required from 6pm – 9pm
Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to full personal care (bathing, dressing, changing incontinence products), mechanical transfers, ROM exercises, medication administration, meal preparation and feeding assistance, light housekeeping, supervision and companionship.
Qualifications and Other Requirements: The successful candidate will have a recent criminal record check with the vulnerable sector, have a Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent education/training and can speak clear, fluent English. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Rate of Pay: $20.00 – 22.00/Hour depending on experience and qualifications
