Position Overview
As a Telus Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent Telus products and services in face-to-face, residential settings. This role focuses on creating meaningful connections with potential customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions—all while developing valuable skills in communication, leadership, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Telus products and services directly to prospective customers
- Deliver excellent customer experiences and personalized solutions
- Participate in a structured 6-week training program to build sales and leadership skills
- Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed goals
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on service offerings and promotions

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset—but not required
- Professional attitude and eagerness to learn
