En tant que technicien CVC chez JLL, vous effectuerez des services d'entretien et de réparation qualifiés des systèmes de bâtiment, en particulier des systèmes complexes de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation. Missions :

• Inspecter, entretenir et réparer les systèmes et équipements CVC, assurant un fonctionnement optimal et une longévité.
• Effectuer des diagnostics pour identifier les problèmes et déterminer les réparations ou ajustements nécessaires.
• Mettre en œuvre des programmes d'entretien préventif pour minimiser les pannes et maximiser l'efficacité du système.
• Aider à l'installation de nouveaux systèmes et équipements CVC, en assurant la conformité aux normes de l'entreprise et réglementaires.
• Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe et d'autres corps de métiers pour assurer une résolution sûre et efficace des problèmes des installations.
• Tenir à jour les registres des travaux effectués, y compris les pièces utilisées, les inspections et les journaux d'entretien préventif.
• Exploiter des méthodes de travail innovantes pour améliorer les processus et améliorer la prestation de services pour nos clients.

Qualifications requises :

• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ; formation technique ou certification en CVC ou domaine connexe.
• Minimum de deux ans d'expérience dans l'entretien et la réparation des systèmes CVC.
• Certification de technicien EPA Section 608 (Universelle ou Type I & II).
• Solide compréhension des procédures de sécurité et des réglementations dans les opérations CVC.
• Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes avec une grande attention aux détails.
• Fortes compétences en communication avec la capacité de travailler dans un environnement collaboratif et orienté vers l'équipe.
• Engagement envers le développement professionnel continu et l'apprentissage.

Qualifications préférées :

• Diplôme d'associé en technologie CVC ou domaine connexe.
• Quatre ans ou plus d'expérience dans un environnement CVC commercial.
• Expérience de travail avec des systèmes d'automatisation de bâtiments et des contrôles de gestion de l'énergie.
• Maîtrise des systèmes informatisés de gestion de la maintenance (GMAO).
• Capacité démontrée à adopter des stratégies innovantes pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.
• Une expérience préalable dans un environnement d'entreprise mondial ou multinational est un plus.
• Passion démontrée pour les pratiques durables et l'efficacité énergétique.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring optimal operation and longevity.
• Perform diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns and maximize system efficiency.
• Assist in installing new HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure safe and effective resolution of facilities issues.
• Maintain records of work performed, including parts used, inspections, and preventive maintenance logs.
• Leverage innovative ways of working to improve processes and enhance service delivery for our clients.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC or related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification (Universal or Type I & II).
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in HVAC operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Commitment to continued professional development and learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in HVAC technology or related field.
• Four or more years' experience in a commercial HVAC environment.
• Experience working with building automation systems and energy management controls.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Demonstrated ability to embrace innovative strategies for improving operational efficiency.
• Previous experience in a global or multinational corporate setting a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for sustainable practices and energy efficiency.
