Conlon Motorsports is a multi-line dealer for Kawasaki, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Piaggio, and Vespa. As well as CFMoto, Yamaha Outboard Marine, Forest River, Bentley and Pacific wave boats. We are currently looking for an apprentice motorcycle technician. Applicants should have the ability to work well with others, able to work independently when needed and willing to learn and grow within a fast growing company. Applicant must have own tools and basic knowledge of motorcycles, quads and UTV's. Full time hours including Saturdays as required. This is not a seasonal position. Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of motorcycles, utilizing mechanical knowledge and hand tools effectively.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Operate power tools safely while adhering to dealership protocols.
- Collaborate with experienced technicians to learn best practices and enhance skills in automotive repair and assembly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering support during service appointments.
Summary
As a Service Technician, you will be integral to the efficiency of the shop, and would report to the Service Manager. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with hand and power tools. You will gain valuable skills in motorsports repairs and customer service while working in a dynamic environment. Your exposure to dealership operations will further enhance your expertise, making you a vital part of our team dedicated to delivering high-quality service and repairs.
