Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of household appliances, the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair household appliances (e.g., washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators, etc.)
- Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
- Provide outstanding customer service during on-site visits
- Safely lift and move appliances (minimum 50 lbs)
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Communicate repair needs and solutions clearly to clients
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in appliance repair
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
- Valid Gas Technician License (is a plus)
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- No criminal record
- Own a reliable vehicle for travel between job sites
- Physically capable of lifting/moving heavy appliances
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Honest, dependable, and able to start immediately
Compensation:
Salary and compensation will be discussed during the interview.
