Summary
We are seeking a Technical Support Agent to join our dynamic team at G.S.D GROUP INC. This role is essential for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our surveillance systems and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for video surveillance systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and updates.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs as needed.
- Document support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product performance based on customer feedback.
- Educate customers on system features and best practices for optimal use.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with desktop support tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with VPNs and networking concepts is a plus.
