With teams in Meylan (France) and Montreal (Canada), we support customers worldwide in defining power-efficient solutions tailored to their system constraints.
We are hiring a Technical Product Line Marketing Manager to strengthen our Montreal team. Your mission? Drive the roadmap for one of our most strategic IP portfolios by connecting market needs, customer feedback, and internal development priorities with real technical depth.
Your mission:
Define the product roadmap based on market trends, client discussions, and technical challenges
Translate customer needs into precise product specification
Support the business strategy by identifying growth segments, prioritizing developments, and ensuring ROI on R&D investments
Work hand-in-hand with R&D to define and validate architectures
Represent Dolphin externally, in front of customers, at conferences, and through targeted marketing content (white papers, webinars, etc.)
What you’ll actually do:
Understand customer pain points: by creating a close connection with clients and market shapers
Build competitive positioning: understand you competition and create differentiation
Draft detailed product specs: That provide the key specification guideline to the R&D team
Collaborate cross-functionally: Sales, Customer Support, Digital Comms, Design, and Test – you’ll be at the intersection
Promote the offer: internally and externally, clearly and convincingly

Must-have background:
- Experience in IP, ASIC, or embedded systems ideally in Power Management
- Previous role(s) as Analog/Mixed-Signal Designer, Application Engineer, or Customer Support for IP/ASIC
- You’ve defined or challenged technical architectures before, and talked specs with design teams
- Strong communication and synthesis skills capable of translating deep tech into strategic direction
- Knowledge of blocks like DC/DC, LDO, Buck-Boost, Oscillators (32kHz RC, crystal…)
Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience in technical marketing for semiconductor IPs
