Qualifications:
We are growing and looking for a passionate Technical Customer Service Rep to add to our team. Your overall organization, punctuality, involvement and drive to perform will contribute to advancement within our team. You must have a great attitude, a willingness to learn and the following requirements to be considered for the role:
- 3 - 5 years + of general administration in an office environment
- Experience with document control and filing
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks
- Ability to work with a high attention to detail and quality
- Strong organizational skills including time management
- Ability to learn and use different types of specialized software
- Proven interpersonal skills along with strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and complete assignments on time
- Able to work both in a team, and with minimal supervision
- Ability to coordinate administrative projects
- Technical aptitude is considered an asset
The Successful Applicant Will:
- Assist customers with technical inquiries
- Assist with filing, documentation and organization of power engineering materials
- Provide administrative support to project managers and technical personnel as needed
- Closing and documentation of engineering work orders through specialized software
- Assist with putting together reports and other written materials
- Coordinating administrative projects
- Developing work flow procedures
- General administrative work
