Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic food service team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and payment handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food handling guidelines and safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety standards is beneficial.
