Duties

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills related to food handling, safety, and customer service.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and handling within the food industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently manage tasks during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Previous restaurant experience is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
