Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and efficient candidate to join our team at Fuwa Fuwa Cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry baking, desserts, excellent customer service skills. Work well with a Team and prior work experience in a restaurant, cashier, barista and retail setting is an asset.
Duties:
-- Welcome customers, inform them about specials or new items, answer questions, and accept orders and payments.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items, such as coffee, brunch, souffle pancakes, cheesecakes, roll cakes.
- Operate the POS system SQUARE-UP and handle cash transactions with customers.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cashier/Barista or similar role in hospitality.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*This position is ideal to recent graduates in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Baking Certification with potential for advancement.

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
