THE ROLE: LINE COOK
We’re hiring a dependable, hardworking team players for a role that is vital to our kitchen's success. You’ll support both food prep operations and line operations ensuring all items are made in accordance with Chef Hemant's procedures. This is the chance to master skills at the hands of a master chef!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prep Cook Duties
- Assist with ingredient prep: washing, peeling, portioning, and labeling
- Follow recipes and instructions from the Chef and senior kitchen team
- Maintain cleanliness and order of stations, fridges, and dry storage
- Help with mise en place and pre-service setup
- Ensure all items are made in accordance with Chef's instructions
YOU BRING:
- Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up and get the job done
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Physical stamina and ability to lift 40 lbs, stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow in the role
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour
