We are currently seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join and support our rapidly growing team! This is an in-office position located at 7880 Keele Street in Vaughan
Primary Job Responsibilities

Own the candidate pipeline, sourcing and identifying candidates through various channels (job postings, database search)

Qualifying applications and working closely with hiring managers on candidate selection

Facilitate first connections with candidates, assess candidate qualifications, introduce and build interest in Blazesoft

Coordinate interviews and facilitate interview debrief/feedback sessions

Provide recruiting best practice recommendations based on industry and market knowledge/research
- Accurately maintain candidate and new hire information
Requirements
Requirements
-
4+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment is a must, some technical recruitment a definite asset

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Ability to build rapport with all candidates and new and existing employees

Strong judgment and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
